About Us

At Café Dolce Amore, we believe coffee and food are more than something you consume — they are moments that bring people together. A cup of coffee can start a conversation, a meal can feel like home, and a welcoming space can become a place where community grows.

But more than anything, we believe that God is the true owner of this restaurant, and we see Café Dolce Amore as a blessing and a responsibility to serve others with love, kindness, and gratitude.

Our family recently had the opportunity to become the new owners of Café Dolce Amore, and we accepted it with grateful hearts. We pray this café becomes a place where faith, family, community, and great food come together.

The café is owned and operated by our family: Edgar, Monica, Sophia, and Esteban.

Edgar, has always had a deep love for restaurants and hospitality. He learned to cook alongside his mother, where he discovered that food is one of the most powerful ways to care for others. Nothing makes Edgar happier than preparing a fresh, homemade meal and watching people enjoy it. For him, cooking is not just about food — it is about creating moments where people feel welcomed, cared for, and at home.

At the heart of Café Dolce Amore is our daughter Sophia. Sophia has a natural love for serving people and making others feel special the moment they walk through the door. She prepares coffee and drinks with care and attention, making sure every cup is made with excellence. Whether she is making a coffee, greeting a guest, or simply sharing a smile, Sophia pours love into every interaction. Her desire is that every person who visits the café feels welcomed, valued, and experiences the love of God through the way they are served.

Our son Esteban, who is also part of the heart of our family and this café. He proudly supports what we are building as a family. Esteban brings encouragement, energy, and the same spirit of kindness that defines our home. He is an important part of the love, support, and family foundation behind Café Dolce Amore.

Monica, who is part of the daily vision of the café, believes deeply in creating spaces where people feel seen, encouraged, and connected. For our family, Café Dolce Amore is not just a business — it is a place where we can serve others, build relationships, and share the blessings God has given us.

Together, our goal is simple:

To create a place where you feel like you are walking into someone’s home — where the food is fresh, the coffee is crafted with care, and every guest is welcomed like family.

More than that, our deepest prayer is that every person who walks through our doors can feel the love and presence of God, even in the smallest moments — through a warm greeting, a thoughtfully prepared meal, or a cup of coffee made with care.

Whether you stop in for a morning coffee, a homemade meal, or simply a moment of rest in your day, we hope Café Dolce Amore becomes a place you return to again and again. Because here, you are not just a customer.

You are family.❤️
